In the event of a dispute over your products and the trademark holder, Witching Hour Doodles will not be held responsible, as we do not delegate which products the purchaser uses the purchased design on, for sale or profit.

WHAT CAN'T I DO WITH THIS FILE?
-Without a proper license, you CAN NOT: 
  • sell printed transfers
  • sell fabric
  • sell craft supplies such as printed vinyl sheets, sublimation sheets, etc.
- You may not make my images available for digital download, resell or redistribute them as is or modified, in digital form, for tangible items.
- Sell digital products.
- Share this file with others.
- Post this file on your products without a watermark.
- Print your fabric using Forget Me Not Fabric or Trendy Fabrics. If you are caught using either of these companies, you will be permanently banned from purchasing Witching Hour Doodles files.

SMALL SHOP COMMERCIAL LICENSE:
Included with every purchase. This license is exclusive for SMALL SHOP owners who are using Witching Hour Doodles for clothing, tumblers, accessories, etc. 

EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSES:
These are add-on licenses that must be purchased by any WHOLESALE, FABRIC, TRANSFER or CRAFT SUPPLY SHOPS who sell fabric, craft supplies, vinyl sheets, printed transfers or anything of a wholesale nature. Please read each license description to ensure you are purchasing the correct one.


Yearly Commercial License for Fabric/Craft Supply/Transfer Shops - Unl – Witching Hour Doodles


PERMANENT COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR FABRIC/CRAFT SUPPLY/TRANSFER SHOPS: 
This license applies permanently to all files purchased for as long as your business is running, for all fabric, craft supplies, vinyl sheets, printed transfers or anything of a wholesale nature for SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. You do not need to renew this license yearly. This license will cover you forever. 

Permanent Commercial License for Fabric/Craft Supply/Transfer Shops – Witching Hour Doodles


OVERSEAS MANUFACTURING:
This license applies to all files purchased starting with the date of purchase for one year for all manufactured end products FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. For larger businesses (over 10 employees), please make sure to work out a licensing agreement by contacting us directly at witchinghourdoodles2@gmail.com


RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of this product, there are absolutely NO returns, exchanges or cancellations. Once digital files have been sent/downloaded there is no way to return them. Should you have any issues with your order, I would be happy to help you. I am always available Mon-Fri via email at witchinghourdoodles2@gmail.com

DISCLAIMERS
-This is a SINGLE digital PNG file ONLY. I will NOT be sending or mailing any physical product. This item is created only for the customer to use with DIRECT PRINTING, such as sublimation.
- This listing DOES NOT include SVG, DXF or EPS files
-NO CUTTING FILES are included. This PNG file WILL NOT be suitable for use with any cutting machines, including Cricut and Siloutte cutting machines.
- You are responsible for knowing what files are compatible with your software. Witching Hour Doodles is not obligated to help with ANY technical questions you may have with your software. 
- All designs are created on RGB Color Mode in 400 DPI. When you print, make sure your software's color mode is RBG and DPI is 400.
